Management of the entire Corporate Benefits program for the Manaus Campus. Monitoring and implementing initiatives and policies focused on Well-Being and quality of life at work originating from Brazil and Latin America. Management of labor processes and expert assessments in conjunction with the central office and external legal counsel. Implementation of Labor Relations programs, oversight of corporate audits on the subject, and alignment of the action plan for the entire Manaus Campus, including union relationships (worker and employer) and negotiation of specific agreements to meet the company's demands. Responsible for creating, reviewing, and updating internal policies to reflect industry best practices and employee needs. As a Business Partner, I act as a bridge between the needs of three of the most critical areas of the business and Human Resources products to address these demands. Additionally, I provide support to managers in resolving issues related to performance, discipline, and workplace behavior.
Acting as a Business Partner for the Tobacco and Supply Chain structures to develop Human Resources strategies, implement key HR products and services aligned with local and functional requirements, provide consultancy and change management knowledge to create value and competitive advantage through people who ensure that business objectives are met or exceeded. Apply and maintain HR policies and procedures. Maintain relationships with the local community. Give guidelines to managers and employees on internal procedures, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Support management by acting as a coach (with employees and managers) and leading the main processes related to remuneration, training and development and labor relations. Working at a strategic level with line managers to improve HR's contribution to business performance. Develop managers in people management. Securing the most strategic part of the Business Partner role while still facing operational issues. Ensure the proper functioning of the Human Resources Operating Model.
Lead HR efforts across the organization, cross-functional teams. Lead Talent Management efforts, including succession planning, top talent retention and development activities. Lead the Talent Development Center - Manaus and annual training curriculum. Consultation and leadership for managers in workforce planning, recruiting, training and development, compensation, labor relations, talent upgrades, productivity, among other areas of HR. Lead and develop Headcount strategy plans. Lead and drive Organizational Climate initiatives at the plant. Development of recognition, motivation and retention plans. Conduct relations and negotiations with the union, including CCT and PLR. Development of Career Development Plan for Manufacturing / Job Rotation Program. Headcount Management.
